Intuit Time (Wis; Trained Only, Elf Only)

You can use the location of the heavenly bodies to attempt to guess what the current date and time is. You cannot decipher the year with this skill.

Check: By concentrating for 1 minute, you can determine the date and time. You cannot determine anything more accurate than quarter hours by using the stars. The DC of the roll is 15.
Retry: You can use Intuit Time once every three hours. The heavenly bodies that you use to determine the time do not move quickly enough to allow for more measurements than that.
Special: Untrained characters cannot use this skill, but if they have access to a friendly gnome or a timepiece, they can still determine the time. Because elves are the only creatures with the extraordinary ability of knowing where the stars, sun and moons are at all times, they are the only creatures that can acquire this skill.
